A completed Booking Form may be required before work is undertaken.

Fees are based on an hourly rate or on the number of source words (in the case of translations), reflecting the complexity of the task, unless a fixed rate has been agreed. You pay only for the time taken and services provided. Hourly charges are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. A deposit of £25 or 50% of the estimated quote may be required before commencement of work.

An invoice will be issued and sent to you on completion of a task. Payments are due a maximum of 15 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Retainer packages are paid in advance and should be used within a month. Any extra hours used will be invoiced at the standard rate. Regular clients will be able to carry unused hours over to the following month.

Any additional costs incurred for hard copying, postage, telephone calls, special stationary requested, etc, will be included in the final invoice. We will inform you of these expenses in advance whenever possible.

Payment to be made by cheque, bank transfer or by the secure online PayPal service (most credit and debit cards are accepted).

All of our clients are guaranteed that their work is handled in a confidential manner and will not be disclosed to third parties, directly or indirectly. If required, we will be happy to sign any confidentiality agreement.
